We greatly appreciate if you have any questions, that you ask them before purchase.  If you need additional pictures, or any other information, we will do the best to provide that.

If you find that we have made an error and shipped an incorrect product, or, perhaps, you have ordered something incorrectly, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to fix any problems.  There are real humans here, running this site, and we want to see you happy, and just like you, we can make mistakes, so...just communicate and we will try to work out any misunderstanding!

OK...what else?   Please, use the yarn to knit, crochet, or do something like that.  Also, please send us pictures of your stuff!  Make something pretty!  Please, don't eat it, or use it to tow cars.  We don't think it would be suitable for either of these other options, and, while we like to see unemployment low, we really thought it was a good idea to try to stop any legal action for the misuse of yarn.
